A single star

Made using white, five shades of bluish grey, and 9 shades of midnight blue including the background color, with all colors besides the white determined via trial and error, this avatar has to be one of the more... Complex things I've put together. I didn't use the circle tool; you know the second thickest circle brush in MS Paint XP? That's what I used for the very center of the star, and I then drew in every subsequent layer of glow by hand.
